My approach is never to go fully analog and try to live in a past era. I’d rather we keep everything modern technology can offer us, while we set the pace and not get lost in it. It’s still a screen, yes, but slowed down to create calming experiences.
Every quarter you receive the full digital edition of “(meditating) On Art” magazine, a guide dedicated to interpret art as a souvenir of a feeling trough art history, museum-worthy pieces, and the calming aesthetic of slowing down. In between expect an ongoing, unhurried thread of behind the scenes glimpses, “soul-nourishing” recommendations (books, operas, places, recipes, - self care in its fullest sense), printable monthly planners and guided journal pages, photo stories, and at least one video a month pulling back the curtain on how all of this comes to be.
An ongoing conversation - a small retreat you return to each week, for the price of a coffee.
