Maybe you’ve found this post through a QR code on booklet. If so, maybe you already know I do not believe in guided meditations. The audio that follows is supposed to be a “guide-meditation” rather than a guided meditation. Feel free to follow along, but the practice is complete only when you take the training wheels off and apply the technique on your own. That way, you create your own experience. That way, every gallery exhibition, every museum gallery, is turned into your own personal practice.
