Prices are displayed in euros and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Maison Eviève reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product, subscription tier, or collection at its discretion.
Purchasing a piece of art, a print, or a subscription from Maison Eviève transfers ownership of the physical or digital item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any right to resell the underlying artwork commercially. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Paraskevi Michailidou.
This section explains what personal data Maison Eviève collects, why, and how it is used, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

We use trusted third-party processors to run the site and business: Stripe (payment processing), MailerLite (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each operates under its own privacy policy and data protection safeguards. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Order and invoicing data is retained for 10 years, in accordance with French accounting obligations (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code), and for up to 6 years for tax purposes. Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email bonjour@maisonevieve.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies in use are strictly functional: one set by the MailerLite signup popup, to remember whether you've already seen or dismissed it, and any cookies set by Stripe during checkout, which are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. Should this change — for example, if analytics tools are added in future — this policy will be updated accordingly.
Delivery estimates begin once an order enters production and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and destination.
Depending on your location, import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. Maison Eviève is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing. If you have any questions about your order, reach out to bonjour@maisonevieve.com.
Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled.
At Maison Eviève, every product — including original artworks, not only prints, letters, and magazines — is made or finished to order, rather than pulled from ready-made stock. Originals are completed only once an order is placed: final brushwork, finishing touches, or a personal dedication are carried out specifically for that order.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Email bonjour@maisonevieve.com as soon as possible to check whether cancellation is still possible.
Because every product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.
This final-sale policy does not affect the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) or the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), which apply in all cases, regardless of any commercial policy on our part.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement. Email bonjour@maisonevieve.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible once this is confirmed.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If it cannot be recovered, we will offer either store credit or a replacement. Contact us if you suspect your order has been lost.
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at bonjour@maisonevieve.com — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, as a consumer you are entitled to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Maison Eviève has designated the following mediator: mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
