FAQ

  • What is Maison Eviève?

Maison Eviève offers slow living art — museum-quality prints paired with handwritten-style meditations that invite reflection, stillness, and meaning. Each piece blends châteaucore elegance, mindful ritual, and heirloom design, transforming your walls into a sanctuary of art and serenity.

  • What is a “Meditative Art Letter”?

A Meditative Art Letter is a written meditation accompanying the art prints created by artist Evi. The letter invites you to connect more deeply with the artwork — it might read like a reflection, a quiet ritual, or a poetic retreat. Together, the art and letter become a keepsake that nourishes both the eye and the spirit.

  • What is a digital/online retreat?

A digital retreat is a guided sanctuary you enter from home. It offers structured practices — reflection, gentle meditation, and curated art rituals — that help you step out of the noise and into a quieter, steadier rhythm. Instead of traveling, you receive the experience directly on your screen, making it an accessible yet meaningful way for women, art lovers, and seekers to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

  • What makes Maison Eviève different from other art print brands?

Maison Eviève bridges fine art and mindful ritual. Every piece is created not only to decorate but to anchor you in presence. Unlike mass-produced wall art, our prints are crafted as heritage-quality art objects, rooted in slow living, French châteaucore aesthetics, and meditative storytelling.

  • Are the meditations religious or spiritual in nature?

Though there might be yogic influences coming from Evi’s training, no, the nature of Maison Eviève meditations remains art-inspired rather than religious. You can experience them as meditations, journaling prompts, or simply as thoughtful companion writings to the art.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Maison Eviève ships worldwide. All prints are produced through museum-quality print partners to ensure exceptional color accuracy, texture, and archival longevity. Each order is inspected and packaged with the elegance your ritual deserves.

Letter Subscription FAQ

  • What is a letter subscription?

The members of a letter subscription receive every month a physical letter and simple paper goods, for a tactile meditative experience. Each letter is about art, meditation and heartfelt story telling, like a retreat in an envelope!

  • Are the letters handwritten?

When we created the letter subscription, we debated so much about this. At Maison Eviève we love a handwritten note, its aesthetic and the personal feeling. Of course it would be impossible to write very letter by hand, but it would be possible to copy a handwritten letter. But then, as carefully as Evi would write each letter, there might still be people that would have a hard time reading her cursive, sometimes a little messy handwriting, even if it’s aesthetic is nice. The thought of some of you getting your letter and not being able to read it easily and enjoyably, lead us to decide against it. The letters are typed and we add handwritten little notes whenever possible.

  • When do I get my letter?

The monthly letters are sent out between the 8th and 15th every month. In France and Europe it should take around 3-5 days of sending, and international members will receive the letter within 7-15 days.

The magic of a letter subscription is that you almost forget about it and get a little surprised every month when you receive it.

  • When am I charged?

You are charged when you first join the letter subscription and then the same day next month. If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, you’ll receive the next month’s letter.

  • What if I didn't get my letter?

Please allow it some time before you consider your letter lost (international shipping could take up to 4 weeks!). If after a considerable amount of time (3-4 weeks) you still haven’t received it, contact us at bonjour@maisonevieve.com and we’ll send you a new one.

  • What if I need to cancel or change my address?

You can manage your subscription in the link you’ve received when you created your account. But if that seems too complicated or you need any help, contact us at bonjour@maisonevieve.com

Please make sure to make any cancelations before your next billing (varies depending when you first subscribed) and any address changes before the 8th of the month, when the letters are sent.
