Meditations on Art, History, and the Self
All this time since I’ve had the idea of creating a project, a brand around art and meditation, I’ve been tiptoeing around it, never being courageous enough to actually do it. I would half-create products, collections, content, telling people “I want to do” this and that, but not actually doing it.
All this time I wrote. A lot. I thought I was writing for marketing, for promoting, for explaining to people, to my “ideal customer” what I’m offering, why it is valuable. Last month, I realised I wrote for me. I wanted to make sense of what it is I’m offering, why I want to share it with an audience, and what it means to them and to me. I took these copies that made sense and created a few videos. I don’t expect those videos to go viral and make me famous, I only hope that they reach a few people that care. Since now things are clearer, I’m ready to publish, ready to talk about out because finally I understood what everything is based on, and what I didn’t like in my past attempts. It’s not that the videos, the website or the offerings are now perfect, but at least it all makes sense.
Mini-series
📺 I’m trying my content as a mini-series, where I drop all 4 videos of the month at once, instead of weekly. That way, you have the option to binge watch them if it’s something you like to do. Watch the monthly series | Subscribe to the channel

Meditative Letter Subscription
What you get is a physical letter every month with meditation practices, art postcards, and small surprise gifts, that come from my conclusions, from the love of getting lost in books and articles and old exhibition catalogues, scribble notes in the margins, and write your next letter.
Collector’s Diary (free printable):
Being a collector it’s not limited to buying investment pieces. A collector is collecting feelings, impressions, moments with art. What better way than to document these moments and turn their memory a souvenir of that feeling. Fill in the prompts in The Collector’s Diary either by grabbing the screen or by following this link, where I’ve included more resources and printable files so you’ll never be without.
Meditation Practice with a piece of Art:
Below you’ll find a collection of 11 artworks known and unknown, some cropped to a detail, and 11 prompts and mini meditations. To create your practice, screenshot on a meditative prompt and then on a piece of art. Try as many combinations as you can, and try the same prompts on different artworks. Get curious and playful, add some whimsy and see how every detail changed, makes your art experience different. Don’t be afraid to be repetitive. Practice tend to be.
