Waiting for the right moment to arrive

I’m preparing your letters before I leave for my summer vacation.

The envelopes are folded, the postcards are slowly coming together, and the pages that will eventually find their way into your mailbox are already taking shape. Some of them are packed in my suitcase, ready to travel with me.

I’ll keep working on them while I’m away.

I’ll be writing and sketching between long swims and afternoon coffees, collecting little moments that I hope will find their way into your letters. A scent of ancient art, turquoise waters, sun-warmed stone, and the slower rhythm that summer seems to remember better than the rest of the year.

I love that analogue things can travel like this. A notebook. A fountain pen. A postcard picked up in a small museum shop. They gather memories differently than our phones do. More quietly. More slowly.

When September arrives, I’d love to send a little of that feeling to you.

Until then, I’d love to keep you company.

I’ve created a free Letter Experience—a short sensory meditation inspired by the feeling of receiving a handwritten letter. Before the first envelope arrives in your mailbox, you can already experience the anticipation: the weight of the paper, the sound of opening an envelope, the quiet ritual of sitting down with something made just for you.

Think of it as a small act of self-care, inspired by the forgotten magic of analogue mail.

If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, you can sign up below. You’ll receive the Letter Experience immediately, and I’ll also let you know as soon as the first Art Meditation Letters are ready to begin their journey in September.

Until then, enjoy your summer.

I hope it brings you beautiful places, slow mornings, and perhaps even the excitement of finding something unexpected waiting for you when you return home.

Love,

Evi
