If you’ve spent any time chasing the quiet life aesthetic, the slow morning aesthetic, the version of your life that feels a little more analog — you already know the feeling. You’ve built the ritual. The candle, the journal, the museum visits on weekends. What’s often missing isn’t more calm. It’s someone else building it with you.
A slow living practice — a typed letter with a handwritten aesthetic (real sketches, real notes, tucked among the pages) that arrives monthly, and a bilingual art magazine, “(meditating) On Art”, that arrives quarterly. Art history outside the lecture hall. Meditation without the app notification. A guide, without the guilt of not finishing it. That’s what I offer.
It’s for the person who already knows what a self-care day looks like, and just wants proof that someone else out there is building theirs too — slowly, on paper, on purpose.
Remember to take as much time as you need, and meet me at the next one.
Love, Evi
